Daily maintenance:
Daily maintenance: Check whether the oil level in the crankcase is within the specified range, and add it to the appropriate position if it is insufficient; after use, remove the water in the air tank; pay attention to whether there are abnormal sounds, vibrations or abnormally high heat during operation.
Weekly maintenance: Clean the filter element in the intake filter; pull the pull ring of the safety valve to determine whether it functions normally; check whether the pressure switch or the relief valve functions normally; after the first 50 hours of operation of the new machine, replace the lubricating oil.
Regular maintenance:
Monthly maintenance: Check whether there are leaks in all pipeline systems; check whether the screws or nuts of each component are loose and tighten them; clean the external accessories of the air compressor.
Seasonal maintenance: Replace the lubricating oil after 500 hours of use; check the tightness of the V-belt; check the valve seat and remove carbon deposits, and check whether the cylinder and piston are worn.
Annual maintenance:
Annual maintenance: Replace lubricating oil and oil-gas separator filter element; replace air filter element and oil filter; calibrate safety valve; check elastic coupling; check cooling fan; clean automatic drain valve; replenish or replace motor lubricating grease.
